Diagnostic Audiologist With Career Progression

This is a predominantly diagnostic audiology role, working with a diverse caseload and providing thorough, patient-centred audiological assessment and management. You'll have the opportunity to use your clinical skills across comprehensive diagnostic audiology, including pure-tone audiometry, tympanometry, acoustic reflexes and speech audiometry, while identifying patients requiring further medical investigation or rehabilitation. The audiologist owns the patient journey. That means making appropriate recommendations and referrals, helping patients navigate their next steps, following up where required, and ensuring they don't simply disappear between healthcare providers.

- Communicate confidently with patients, families, GPs,

ENTs and other health professionals
- Contribute to a collaborative practice and positive team culture
- Support ongoing career development and clinical learning

About you

- Qualified Audiologist with current QP (Qualified Practitioner) status
- Strong diagnostic audiology skills and high clinical standards
- Warm, personable and genuinely interested in patients
- Ability to communicate confidently with patients, families, GPs, ENTs and other health professionals
- Comfortable recognising when further medical investigation or onward referral is required
- Take ownership of follow-up rather than simply handing patients elsewhere

- Want to continue developing professionally and clinically
