Battery World Castle Hill is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and own the day-to-day running on the shop floor.

You’ll mentor staff, deliver outstanding service, manage rosters, stock, testing and roadside jobs, and shape the store’s growth with the owner. This role rewards results with above‑award pay and a solid monthly bonus, plus ongoing training in technical, product and leadership skills.
