About The Role:

- Manage the daily operations of your departments, driving customer satisfaction and financial performance
- Optimise team productivity by leveraging workforce management and further developing team member skills
- Drive a high performance, customer focused culture through role modelling, communication, feedback and recognition
- Maximise the team’s customer service focus by effective management and delegation of tasks to minimise operational activities
- Lead, empower and inspire your team with a consistent focus on developing the next generation of Myer leaders
- Maximise your time spent within your departments to lead and manage your teams and gain customer insights

About You:

- Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or similar, ideally within Fashion/Retail environment
- People leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach are essential




- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, achieve targets and monitor KPI's
- Experience in performance management and getting the best from your teams will be highly regarded
- Customer focused with superior customer service skills
- Strong retail, financial and business acumen
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and achieve within timelines
