About the Role

We are looking for Control Room Operators / Shift Leaders to join a newly established waste recycling facility.

You will be responsible for monitoring plant operations, coordinating on-site operators, and leading shift teams to ensure safe and efficient production.

Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor plant operations from the Control Room
- Coordinate and provide instructions to on-site operators
- Lead and support shift team members
- Monitor production and troubleshoot operational issues
- Ensure safety and operational standards are followed

Requirements

- Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering background preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership and coordination skills
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts
- Previous industry experience is not essential
