Accor is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager in Melbourne to lead Oak Room Restaurant and Bar, including Conferencing, Events and In-room Dining. This fixed six-month leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional service, driving standards, and building a high-performing team on the floor.

You will own the guest experience, manage costs and collaborate with Kitchen and hotel colleagues to ensure seamless service across all outlets.
