Australian Personnel Solutions - Eastern Creek NSW is seeking an experienced Onsite Recruitment Consultant to support our warehouse workforce at a national client site. This hands-on role focuses on recruitment, employee engagement, performance and day‑to‑day workforce requirements.

You will recruit team members, build solid relationships with candidates, employees and the client, and provide day-to-day people management support including attendance and performance coaching.
