The Grand Pacific Group's The Tea Room QVB in Sydney is seeking a qualified chef to support the Head Chef during events and to assist the pastry team on days without events. This is a hands-on leadership role in a historic, high‑standard kitchen workplace within the Queen Victoria Building.

You will uphold stringent food safety practices, lead by example, communicate clearly with all team members, and ensure every guest experiences exceptional service and quality during all events and service
