- Enjoys sharing knowledge and identifying better ways of working.
- Experience with Salesforce, Swoogo or similar event registration platforms, or experience within a membership, not-for-profit or purpose-led organisation,

would be an advantage but isn’t essential.

What does success look like in this role?

You’ll know you’re succeeding when your portfolio of events is well planned and delivered to agreed timelines and budgets, with risks identified and addressed early.

You’ll also be a trusted and experienced member of the Conference and Events team, confidently taking ownership of your work while sharing knowledge and supporting consistent event delivery across FIA.

Competitive salary and benefits, including flexible working with WFH Monday and Friday.
