Skatco is looking for an organised, commercially minded Project Coordinator based on the Gold Coast to support projects, national teams and sales activity. You'll work closely with senior management, technicians, subcontractors, builders and customers to coordinate projects from planning through to completion. Sales will form a key part of the role, including following up enquiries and quotations, building customer relationships and helping grow the installation, service and maintenance business.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate installation and service schedules across multiple states

Arrange site access, inductions, safety documentation and other requirements before work starts

Track project dates, deliveries, outstanding items and close-out documentation

Prepare and follow up progress claims in line with completed works and project requirements

Keep technicians, subcontractors, builders and customers informed of changes

Follow up customers when scheduled maintenance is due and coordinate bookings

Identify and follow up opportunities to sell maintenance agreements, servicing, repairs and additional door solutions to new and existing customers

Respond to sales enquiries, prepare quotations with support from senior management and follow up outstanding quotes

Maintain customer and sales records,



track follow-up actions and keep senior management informed of sales opportunities

Support senior management with project reporting and improvements to processes

About you

Experience coordinating construction, installation, service or maintenance work

Experience preparing progress claims and keeping accurate project records

Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

Clear communication and the confidence to follow up customers

Sales or sales support experience, with the confidence to follow up enquiries and quotations and recognise opportunities to win additional work

A practical approach to solving problems and keeping work moving
