About the role

This is a role for someone who lives for a great service. You'll be the one setting the tone on the floor, running shifts that feel effortless from the outside because you've got everything dialled in underneath. You know how to read a room, keep the energy up, and make sure every guest feels looked after from the moment they walk in.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting your host and front-of-house team to deliver polished, engaging service, shift after shift




- Confidently managing reservations, arrivals and floor flow, setting the tone from the door
- Running shifts that stay smooth, on budget and true to the guest experience we're known for
- Bringing plenty of personality, positive energy and professionalism to every service
- Coaching and developing your team, building a culture of fun, positivity and success
- Helping drive sales and hit cost of goods targets without ever compromising on guest experience
- Keeping the venue clean, tidy and running the way it should
- Staying across food and beverage compliance requirements

About you

You're an outgoing, hands-on leader who genuinely loves this industry. You've got a bright personality, sharp instincts on the floor and the operational smarts to back it up. Some management experience is essential, and a real passion for guest experience is non-negotiable.
