ENABLING STEPS seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver person-centred OT services to NDIS participants in Melbourne. The role blends working from home with home and community visits, under supervision from an experienced senior OT.

You will assess functional capacity, develop interventions, prepare high-quality clinical documentation, and liaise with families and support networks. Registration with AHPRA and WWCC are required.
