Position Specifics

The diverse roles include within our multidisciplinary mental health team, supporting older people across the region. Working closely with psychiatrists, nursing staff, allied health professionals and community partners, delivering person-centred care and education that supports recovery, promotes independence, and improves quality of life. Careplans, care coordination, building and maintaining relationships with patients and families. Liaising with stakeholders, referrals,



administration and working with improvements aligned with contemporary mental health models of care.

- Relevant Qualifications in either Nursing, Social Work, Mental Health, Allied Health
- Stable Employment History
- WWCC
- Sensitive of Older Persons and Indigenous and TorresStrait Islander Culture and Families
- Current Drivers License
