Key Responsibilities

- Order, receive, and manage automotive parts inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
- Monitor parts demand and replenish stock as required.
- Coordinate with suppliers and monitor backorders.
- Process parts purchasing, invoices, and related documentation.
- Ensure efficient workflow between parts, workshop, and customer service departments.
- Assist with stock takes and inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and effective parts storage area.
- Support warranty and service-related parts documentation where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and reduce excess stock.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an automotive Parts Interpreter, Parts Manager, Inventory Controller, or similar role.




- Strong understanding of automotive parts and workshop operations.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within a dealership environment.
- Knowledge of EV and hybrid vehicles.
- Parts inventory management and purchasing experience.
- Experience with warranty administration.
