Now we're looking for a Sales Draftsperson to join our team. Reporting to the Drafting Manager, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and compliant sales documentation, working closely with Sales, Estimating and internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused design outcomes.

Now we're looking for a Sales Draftsperson to join our team. Reporting to the Drafting Manager, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and compliant sales documentation, working closely with Sales, Estimating and internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused design outcomes.
About The Role
- Prepare preliminary sales drawings and documentation using Revit.
- Develop customised floorplans, façade options and design solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Assess customer requests and design variations to ensure compliance, practicality and buildability.
- Interpret site information, engineering details, developer guidelines and planning requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with NCC, Building Regulations, local council requirements and estate guidelines.
- Work closely with Sales Consultants, Estimating and Pre-Construction teams to support timely sales outcomes.
- Provide technical drafting support throughout the sales and quotation process.
- Manage drawing amendments and updates within required timeframes.
- Ensure all customer selections, design requirements and contract inclusions are accurately reflected in documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance drafting quality and customer experience.
About You
- Previous experience in residential drafting, ideally within a sales or pre-construction environment.
- Advanced Revit skills with strong modelling and documentation capability.
- Solid understanding of residential construction methods, siting requirements and buildability principles.
- Solid knowledge of NCC, SLHC, Building Regulations, local council requirements, developer guidelines, estate guidelines and planning requirements.
- Experience interpreting survey information, engineering drawings and site constraints.
- High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate documentation to strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
