Retail Manager – Melbourne
Our client is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join their team in Melbourne, VIC.
n This is a full time chance for a motivated retail professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
n Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
n
Lead, motivate and manage the retail team
n
Drive sales and achieve store targets and KPIs
n
Deliver outstanding customer service
n
Manage stock, inventory and merchandising
n
Prepare staff rosters and manage staffing requirements
n
Train and develop team members
n
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues
n
Maintain high store presentation standards
n
About You n
n
Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager or in a similar leadership position

Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Excellent customer service and sales skills
n
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Skilled, positive and proactive attitude
n
Availability to work weekends when required
