With a $38 million redevelopment on the horizon, you will shape a vibrant member experience and guide onboarding, loyalty initiatives and events across the venue.

You will report to the Customer and Fitness Coordinator and collaborate across departments to promote participation, inclusivity and excellent customer service while mentoring
