Green by Nature is seeking a motivated Operations professional for an internal secondment to support a major Workforce Management (WFM) system transformation. You will partner with Operations and the WFM Project Team to help design processes, prepare data, run UAT, and support pilot rollout to readiness.

Join a team-oriented team and help shape how we work by improving data quality, systems usage and cross‑functional engagement during this eight‑month assignment.
