Newcastle Anglican is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Gloucester NSW aged care facility. The role involves acting as a ward-level team leader and mentor, coordinating person-centred care and maintaining open communication with staff to promote collaboration.

You will work across morning, afternoon and night shifts on a fortnightly roster, in a faith-based setting with strong values. The position offers an attractive base hourly rate, penalties and allowances, plus career development
