Join us on our mission to improve women's health

Hazel is Australia’s first all-in-one digital platform dedicated to providing comprehensive care for women and people assigned female at birth (AFAB), with a focus on gynaecological, sexual, reproductive, and mental health.

From pelvic pain to endometriosis, PMOS, menopause, and more, we’re tackling the women’s health issues that have long been neglected by the healthcare system — and nutrition plays a critical role in supporting women’s health and wellbeing.

Featured in Marie Claire, Elle and at the Digital Health Festival, Hazel is reimagining how women access care. Our mission is to empower women with answers, treatment options, and dignity — one patient and one provider at a time.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Dietitian with a passion for women’s health to join our collaborative, interdisciplinary care team.

You’ll provide evidence-based, person-centred nutritional care via telehealth video, supporting women and AFAB patients nationwide across a range of health and wellbeing concerns.

You’ll have the prospect to work at the intersection of nutrition and women’s health, supporting patients to better understand the role nutrition can play in managing symptoms, improving wellbeing and supporting their overall health.

Values and skills you’ll bring to Hazel

A deep understanding of women’s health and nutrition: You have experience supporting patients with a range of nutritional and health concerns and are passionate about the role nutrition plays across women’s health. Experience with conditions such as PMOS, endometriosis, menopause, pelvic pain, fertility or other hormonal and reproductive health concerns will be highly regarded.

An evidence-based approach: You’re committed to providing practical, individualised nutrition advice grounded in current research and clinical best practice, working with each patient to develop strategies that are practical, sustainable,

and fit naturally into their lifestyle.

A collaborative mindset: You thrive in multidisciplinary environments, working closely with doctors, nurses, psychologists and other clinicians while taking pride in your independent clinical ownership.

A person-centred approach: You understand that nutrition is personal and can be influenced by culture, lifestyle, finances, relationships, mental health and individual circumstances. You meet patients where they are and empower them to make sustainable changes that work for their lives.

Problem-solving skills: You’re proactive and resourceful in navigating challenges and developing practical nutrition strategies that support the best possible patient outcomes.

Tech proficiency: You’re confident using technology and providing high-quality, engaging care via telehealth video.

Inclusive approach: You deliver affirming, non-judgmental care that embraces diversity across sexuality, gender, culture, body size, ability and identity.
