The Criterion Hotel Dalby, part of Waymark Hotels, is seeking a Cook or Chef to join our team and deliver diverse, contemporary cuisine using fresh local produce.
As a Chef/Cook you will maintain an productive kitchen across venues, ensure high-quality meals on time, manage stock rotation, support menu changes, and contribute to a supportive kitchen team environment.
