Job Description
Ambulance Victoria is seeking a Senior Officer Mobile Device Support to coordinate and deliver mobile technology support for our fleet of iOS and Android devices.
Based at the Ballarat Business Centre, this full time fixed-term role supports frontline staff with reliable mobile tools to deliver critical services.
You will manage the support queue, coordinate testing, maintain asset records, and handle device/SIM commissioning and decommissioning.
