We're looking for a
Talent Acquisition Advisor
to join our Transport & Infrastructure team, based at our Collins Street office. As a trusted recruitment partner, you'll work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, develop sourcing strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across a diverse portfolio of roles, ranging from frontline operational positions through to specialist and senior leadership appointments.

What You'll Bring
n
n
Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting across a mix of frontline and salaried roles, either within an internal recruitment team or a recruitment agency environment
n
Proven sourcing and search experience across platforms such as Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter
n
Knowledge of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), Awards and employment conditions
n
Confident managing a busy dashboard
n




A robust sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
n
Exceptional candidate care and communication skills
n
A champion of inclusive hiring practices who promote equal prospects for all candidates

Ability to build strong business relationships and understand hiring managers requirements
