BJT Legal is a well-established Victorian law firm with a team of 30 dedicated professionals, committed to delivering exceptional client service across a range of practice areas. We are seeking an experienced, client-focused lawyer to join our Property Law team.
About the Role n
Working closely with the Director who leads our Property Law practice, you will provide high-quality advice and support across a broad range of property matters, including:
n
Residential and commercial conveyancing
n
Sale and purchase of farmland
n
Subdivisions and developments
n
Property due diligence and contract reviews
n
Complex duty assessments
n
Property transfers and title matters
n
General property law advice for private and commercial clients
n
This role offers the opportunity to manage your own files with autonomy while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
About You n
You will thrive in this role if you are:

A qualified Australian lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE in Property Law
n
Client-focused and committed to delivering practical, high-quality advice
n
A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
n
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
n




Confident managing matters independently while working collaboratively within a team
n
Looking for a long-term career within a supportive and progressive regional practice
n
While our preference is for a full-time, experienced Property Lawyer, part-time arrangements may be considered for the right applicant.
