BHP is seeking a passionate and experienced Specialist Trainer - Rail Academy to support the development of our Rail Network Maintenance workforce. The role focuses on delivering competency-based training, coaching and assessments to build high-performing teams across operations.

Based within the Rail Academy, you will design, deliver and assess training programs for Track Resurfacing and Work Train operations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry and BHP standards.
