Commercial Property Management & Leasing Assistant

This exciting Assistant role involves work within the specialist areas of Commercial, Retail and Industrial Real Estate.
The role requires someone who loves being busy, works well under pressure and can handle multiple tasks at one time.

Details of the position include:




Assist in the negotiation and administration of commercial leases
Taking prospective tenant enquiries and inspections
Liaising with owners, contractors, tenants and solicitors
Arranging and follow up of repairs and maintenance
Weekly Periodic Inspections
Preparation of marketing material
Previous Property Management experience within Commercial or Residential Real Estate is preferred but not essential however, a strong interest in Real Estate is a must!
