BUS203 – Food Services Marketing
BUS204 – Hospitality Business Law
CUL102 – Culinary Principles and Techniques II
About the Role
As a Sessional Lecturer, you will contribute to engaging, industry-relevant learning through class delivery, student support, assessment, marking and constructive feedback.
We are looking for lecturers who can bring together
academic knowledge, contemporary industry practice and a robust commitment to student success
.
About You




A relevant postgraduate qualification and/or appropriate professional equivalence
Demonstrated expertise relevant to the unit(s) you wish to teach
Higher education teaching and assessment experience
Current industry knowledge and skilled experience
Solid communication and student-engagement skills
An understanding of academic integrity and Australian higher education expectations
Experience working with international and culturally diverse students will be highly regarded

, applicants should have appropriate culinary qualifications together with substantial contemporary culinary industry experience.
