Job Description
Crystalbrook Byron is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Conference & Events to lead a passionate hotel team and deliver memorable conference experiences for guests.
You will also supervise the Forest restaurant when conferencing is not required, reporting to the Restaurant Manager, and contribute to premium service standards.
Your role centers on team leadership, guest engagement, and coaching for on-theme service excellence across shifts, including weekends and holidays.
