Coniston Bakery is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Pastry Chefs to join their team in Coniston and Unanderra NSW. Successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:
n

n
Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough and pastry ingredients
n
n
Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent
n
n
Various baking techniques and methods
n
n
Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule
n
n
Stock management and ordering
n
n
Cleaning and equipment upkeep adhering to sanitation and safety regulations
n
n




n
nSkills and Abilities: n
n
n
n
Ideally have a Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent
n
n
Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant field
n
n
Ability to work in a team workplace
n
n
OH&S; awareness
n
n
Food handling and RSA certificates
n
n
n
n
Salary range is $70,000- $85,000pa commensurate with experience. Fulltime Positions available. Application opens on 26th of August and closes on 26th of September .
