Pastry Chef Occupation: Chef Salary: $79,500 plus super Company: LAKE HOUSE RETREAT PTY LTD Location: Daylesford VIC Hours: Full time 40 hours per week Experience Required: min 2 years in relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

- Preparing viennoiserie, pastries inclusive of glazing pastries
- kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough
- monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
- coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of pastry products
- operating machines which roll and mould dough
- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations for operation of equipment
