The Coles Group is seeking an experienced retail leader to manage the Coles Online Department, reporting to the Store Manager. You will lead a team of Personal Shoppers, ensure smooth daily operations for click-and-collect and home delivery, and drive a customer-centric store experience that reflects Coles values.

You will coach your team to meet sales targets, control costs, and maintain safety, compliance and stock standards while fostering a one-team culture across the front and back of house.
