The Big Easy Group in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Sommelier / Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations across multiple venues and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate with FOH & BOH teams, coach staff, and drive the beverage program while meeting KPI targets and maintaining effective rostering for forecasted revenue. RSA certification is preferred and a growth-focused culture is offered.
