The Bureau of Meteorology seeks Technical Officer Level 2 for Antarctica and Sub-Antarctica, with 12–19 months remote posting. You will support Surface and Upper Air observations, operate in a seven-day roster, and contribute to meteorological data collection and forecasting services for aviation and climate research.

Successful applicants will undergo specialised training in Melbourne and Hobart in 2027, and be posted to one of three Antarctic stations, with deployment scheduled between late
