In this hands-on leadership role you will continue to manage participant plans while guiding and supporting the Plan Management Team to deliver accurate funding management and timely provider payments.

You will oversee plan management processes, budget monitoring, reconciliations and stakeholder communication, while coaching team members to meet KPIs and NDIA requirements in a confidential,
