Victim Assist Queensland is recruiting a Fraud Control Officer on a fixed-term, temporary full time basis in South Brisbane. The role builds proactive training and awareness among VAQ staff to identify suspected fraud within the financial assistance scheme and to action fraud identified by VAQ.

The position also collaborates with other government agencies to stay informed on trends in fraud detection, reviews fraud protocols and implements measures to identify and prevent risks, and monitors VAQ
