Holcim Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Merotherie DIDO project. This fixed-term role up to 30 June 2027 leads site production, guides teams and drives safety and quality on a 2:1 roster.

You’ll enable efficient operations and provide coaching across the site. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or concrete industry experience, proven supervisory skills, and a robust commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
