Pearl Catering in Sydney is seeking a Head chef or Senior Sous chef to lead a up-to-date Australian kitchen in a relaxed restaurant environment. You will shape the menu, drive a high-quality production for events, and manage food labour and costs while mentoring the team.

Typically Monday to Friday with event-based flexibility and opportunities to support large weddings and venues. A strong track record in respected restaurants and a passion for produce-driven dining is essential.
