Wellways is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team across the Murrumbidgee region. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership to improve care delivery for people with severe and/or complex mental health needs.

You will work with GPs and peers to provide assessments, recovery plans and evidence-based interventions, supported by clinical leadership. The position offers a pathway to influence service delivery and outcomes.
