Job Title: Trade & Commercial Sales Representative

About the Role: We are looking for a driven, commercial-minded Sales Representative to anchor our showroom and expand our external trade networks. This is a genuine, high-impact sales role—not a basic customer service or order-taking counter.

Due to continued growth in our commercial and trade sectors, we are expanding our team. This is a newly created focus to scale our trade and project footprint across the region.

We need a sharp professional who can take total ownership of our showroom floor—elevating its presentation, client experience, and retail/design conversions—while simultaneously driving outbound relationships with local builders, tilers, and trade contractors. You won't just wait for walk-ins; you will actively consult, upsell, negotiate, and close across both retail and commercial fronts.

Minimum 5 years of proven, verifiable sales experience (building, trade, tile, or showroom design supply background strongly preferred).

A relentless drive to actively sell and close—this is a results-driven revenue role, not an administrative or customer service desk.





Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to take charge of showroom standards and pitch to trade decision-makers.

Exceptional questioning, listening, and high-value needs-analysis skills to guide clients through complex selections.

Complete autonomy: the ability to take full ownership of quotes and projects from inquiry through to sale without micro-management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take charge of the showroom floor—lifting visual presentation standards and turning retail/design walk-ins into high-value sales.
- Proactively hunt for, secure, and manage current external trade, builder, and commercial accounts across the region.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: initial consultation, product selection, commercial pricing, quoting, negotiation, and closing.
- Drive outbound opportunities rather than waiting passively for foot traffic.
- Work closely with internal operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless project delivery for your clients.
