Adventist Health in Bay City, OR seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home-like care services addressing speech, language or swallowing disorders. You will assess, document, and adjust treatment plans while maintaining regulatory documentation and safety standards.

Requires a Master’s degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS; ASHA CCC is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required. Bay City location offers community-focused care.
