PSL is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead PSL & Lina Rooftop in Brisbane. This full time role is based in Brisbane QLD 4000 and will oversee all aspects of operations, from service delivery to financial performance and staff leadership.

You will ensure exceptional dining experiences, maintain food safety standards, manage inventories and vendor relations, and drive revenue targets while upholding high standards of guest satisfaction.
