MAF in Mareeba, Far North Queensland, seeks an experienced Maintenance Operations Supervisor to lead our engineering team and oversee aircraft maintenance at our heavy maintenance base. The role combines aviation engineering with leadership, mentoring, and service to support mission-critical flying.

You will work with the Head of Maintenance to ensure safe, productive maintenance aligned with aviation regulations, mentor engineers, and build sustainable local teams for ongoing mission readiness.
