Employee Matters Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to act as an Employee Expert for a varied client portfolio. This is a work-from-home role within the Sydney metro area with regular client site visits, offering adaptable 30–38 hour schedules over at least four days a week.

You will advise, coach and deliver strategic HR programs, align HR initiatives with business goals, and build strong client relationships while navigating compliance and risk management.
