This is a mid-level Remuneration Consultant role combining strong remuneration consulting capability with an interest in technology, product development and client delivery. You will work across consulting engagements while also helping shape and improve the technology that supports remuneration and workforce decision-making.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct salary benchmarking using remuneration survey data and external market sources
- Match roles to salary survey benchmarks and provide clear rationale for market matches
- Support and deliver job evaluation, job levelling and classification exercises
- Design and review job architectures, job families, levels and career frameworks
- Analyse remuneration data, salary ranges, market positioning and internal relativities
- Review job descriptions and organisational structures to understand role scope and complexity
- Prepare high-quality client reports, presentations and recommendations
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, explain analysis and deliver outcomes
- Work closely with technology team to translate remuneration and job architecture requirements into product functionality




- Test and help improve product features, workflows, datasets and outputs

About you

- Around 2–3 years' experience in remuneration, rewards or compensation consulting
- Previous experience working in a consulting environment
- Hands-on experience working with salary survey products and remuneration databases
- Strong experience in salary benchmarking and survey matching
- Experience in job evaluation, job levelling and/or classification
- Experience developing or working with job architecture, job families and career levels
- Robust analytical capability and confidence working with remuneration data
- Strong Excel and data-analysis capability
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage several pieces of work simultaneously and deliver accurately under tight timelines
