IT Integrity is seeking a Level 2/3 Service Desk Engineer in Brisbane to deliver advanced IT support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking. You will conduct root cause analysis, contribute to improvements, and help ensure outstanding client outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in MSP or IT services, solid troubleshooting skills, and experience meeting SLAs. Certifications such as MD Desktop, Network+, Security+, ITIL are desirable.
