Their approach is hands‑on and relationship-driven, with a genuine focus on quality, accountability and doing things properly. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a talented Leading Hand or Junior Foreman to join their team and take the next step in their career.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-end, 12-storey waterfront project in Palm Beach, surrounded by a solid and experienced project team.

You’ll be working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team, playing a key role in coordinating trades and keeping the project moving safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The role will involve:

- Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
- Assisting with the day‑to‑day management of site activities
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with plans, specifications and program
- Coordinating materials, deliveries and site logistics
- Identifying and resolving issues before they impact the program
- Assisting with inspections, quality control and defect management
- Reading and interpreting architectural and construction drawings




- Working closely with the Site Manager to plan upcoming works
- Taking ownership of allocated areas and driving them through to completion

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is hands‑on, organised and ready to take the next step.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Senior Carpenter, Foreman or Junior Foreman
- Experience on multi‑residential, apartment or high‑rise projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
- The ability to confidently read plans and drawings
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- A proactive approach and ability to solve problems on the go
- High standards when it comes to quality and workmanship
- The confidence to coordinate trades and hold people accountable
