Story Fresh, a fourth-generation seed-to-store farming company on the east coast of Australia, seeks a Lead Maintenance Supervisor to head the Factory Maintenance team. You will manage line setups, repairs and preventive maintenance across a up-to-date facility, driving continuous improvement and efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership in maintenance across multiple disciplines, with occasional after-hours work to support access constraints and production schedules.
