Zip Co Limited is seeking an Account Growth Manager to drive growth for a portfolio of strategic merchant partners within a hybrid role across Victoria. You’ll balance account management with field leadership, creating growth plans, training and strategic collaborations to maximise merchant performance and customer outcomes.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, negotiate outcomes, and deliver data-driven insights while travelling regularly to maintain relationships
