The San Telmo Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to lead front-of-house operations, guest experience and people leadership at our vibrant Argentinian restaurants.

This permanent full time role offers a 38-40 hour week, paid overtime, generous tips and bonuses, staff discounts across venues, staff meals, and structured leadership development with avenues for promotion.
