Who are we looking for?

- Have relevant experience in a similar commercial, industrialor retail property management role (essential).
- Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business(Property).
- Hold a valid and current Agents Representativelicense/Certificate of Registration (essential).
- Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite
- Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with highattention to detail.
- Possess robust organisational skills with the ability tojuggle multiple priorities.
- Be a confident communicator (verbal and written) with ademonstrated ability to engage within a team and with clients, tenants andothers.

The Role

Working across a portfolio of industrial and business parkassets, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the portfolio,delivering exceptional outcomes across tenant engagement, financialperformance, lease administration, reporting, compliance and operationalmanagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day property management functions of theportfolio, ensuring exceptional client and tenant outcomes.
- Take ownership of lease administration, including rentreviews, arrears management,



vacancies and tenant communications.
- Prepare monthly client reports, financial commentary,budgets, forecasts and outgoings reconciliations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants,clients, contractors and service providers.
- Partner closely with Facilities Management to coordinatemaintenance, compliance and operational initiatives.
- Maintain compliance, risk and statutory documentation,including tenant securities, insurances and contractor records.
- Manage financial activities including invoice approvals,tenant recoveries, arrears monitoring and budget performance.
- Support leasing activity and asset improvement initiativesthat enhance portfolio performance.
