Thornton Engineering is seeking an Industrial Spray Painter (NACE 1 or 2) at our Geelong facility to oversee blast and paint quality, inspections and data recording. You will guide the spray staff to meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Requirements include a trade qualification and NACE level 1/2, plus 3+ years in a paint workshop. We offer permanent full time employment, day shift, competitive hourly rates, superannuation, and overtime opportunities.
